At UrbanLeela, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time, every time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🚚 Shipping Within India

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other locations: 5–7 working days
Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and more.

📦 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

💼 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can track your package anytime using that link.

🚫 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We strive for on-time delivery, but in rare cases of unavoidable delays (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will inform you proactively.

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
